HOT COFFEE - On Demand
By Jean Tait

Of course you know about the lady who stupidly put a cup of coffee between her legs then sued McDonald’s for a gazillion dollars, bringing to light the deluge of frivolous lawsuits clogging our justice system and hurting businesses. Or do you?

Huge corporations have funded massive public relations campaigns to make sure you believe that version. And who has the money to fight the PR onslaught? Certainly not you or I, or any of the folks who need the justice system to work for them when they have been damaged by malpractice or corporate malfeasance.

Just take a close look at your credit card’s fine print. See that little paragraph about “binding arbitration?” How about your employment contract? Do you know what that actually means? How about “tort reform”? No, that doesn’t mean putting less sugar in your pastry dough. It’s what so many politicians have been calling for, but what happens to you when it is passed?

HOT COFFEE shows just how the story of the little old lady vs. McDonalds really went down, and how we have been manipulated into giving up the one avenue of protection we have.

This is a must see for anyone who is not a corporate bigwig. That means you.
